The goal of CrossFit is to increase work capacity across broad time and age domains through the use of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. CrossFit accomplishes this by promoting competency in the ten generally recognized physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Beyond the physical attributes, CrossFit also promotes a healthy diet that consists of lean meats, garden vegetables specially green, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Participants are encouraged to limit their intake levels to support exercise but not body fat.

If you think you are interested in becoming a member of FERZa CrossFit, please contact us to schedule your introductory meeting with one of our trainers. Your training will begin with completing six basic courses that teach your the fundamental movements that are used throughout the CrossFit workouts. Once you complete the introductory courses, you will be able to participate in classes with fellow members. You are generally encouraged to workout three consecutive days, followed by one day of rest, and then repeat. Each workout session will begin with instructions on the movements from the Workout of the Day (WOD). Warmup will then begin, followed by completing the WOD. The WOD’s will be scaled/modified to match your fitness level, while still satisfying the goal of CrossFit. Please feel free to browse the entire website if you would like to find out additional information about FERZa CrossFit.
